Raysolve Completes Nearly RMB 100 Million Pre-A4 Financing, Accelerating Commercialization in Near-Eye Displays and Optical Interconnects

September 15, 2026

Raysolve has completed a Pre-A4 financing round of nearly RMB 100 million. The round was led by CMB International Capital, with participation from FinTrek Capital and an industrial investor. Muyan Capital served as the exclusive financial advisor. The funds will be used primarily for technology and product development, application validation, and industry collaboration, supporting Raysolve’s commercialization efforts in near-eye displays and optical interconnects.

As AI, smart devices, and computing infrastructure continue to evolve, new demand is emerging for near-eye displays and high-speed optical interconnects. Against this backdrop, Micro-LED is entering a new phase of value reassessment. Beyond display applications, its combination of semiconductor manufacturing, high-density arrays, and efficient light emission is opening up new opportunities across optoelectronic applications.

As the industry evolves, long-term competitiveness is increasingly defined not simply by individual performance metrics, but by the ability to integrate core technologies, wafer-level processes, product development, and application validation. With a long-term focus on Micro-LED, Raysolve is advancing commercialization across two strategic directions: near-eye displays and optical interconnects.

In near-eye displays, Raysolve continues to advance its monolithic full-color Micro-LED microdisplay products based on Quantum Dot Photolithography (QDPR). The company has developed a product portfolio and is working with leading companies in Europe and the United States on AR/MR prototype systems and system-level validation.

In optical interconnects, Raysolve began exploring Micro-LED applications in 2021, focusing on high-speed modulation, high-density parallel channels, efficient light output, and low crosstalk. The company is now working with leading players in optical interconnects and optical modules, advancing its solutions through functional validation, performance optimization, and end-application validation. Growing AI computing demand for faster, denser, and more power-efficient connectivity is creating new opportunities for Micro-LED-based optical interconnects.

The completion of this Pre-A4 financing round further validates Raysolve’s long-term technology foundation and commercialization strategy. Looking ahead, Raysolve will continue to invest in technology and product development, deepen industry collaboration, and accelerate application validation and commercialization across both strategic directions.
