SID 2025 | Raysolve Showcases World’s Smallest 0.18cc Full-Color Micro-LED Light Engine & AR Glasses Solution

San Jose, May 13, 2025 – At the prestigious SID Display Week 2025, Raysolve stole the spotlight with its groundbreaking PowerMatch® 1, the world’s smallest full-color Micro-LED light engine, alongside its first public demonstration of diffraction waveguide-based AR glasses. This technological breakthrough delivers an unprecedented combination of ultra-high brightness, full-color display, and extreme compactness, poised to redefine human-machine interaction for next-gen AI+AR smart glasses.

Performance Leap: Redefining Technological Boundaries

In today’s rapidly evolving display landscape, Raysolve has shattered industry limits again. Its monolithic full-color solution reduces light engine volume by 55% to just 0.18cc compared to conventional three-color combination designs (typically 0.4cc), setting a new industry benchmark. This achievement enables all-day wearable comfort through critical AR device miniaturization.

The light engine features a 0.13-inch full-color micro-display with 320×240 resolution (color-pixel), weighing merely 0.5g, while supporting MIPI, QSPI, and SPI interfaces. The PowerMatch® 1 architecture demonstrates remarkable scalability – achieving 100% brightness improvement to 500,000 nits (white balance) with 0.5lm luminous flux output within six months while maintaining low power consumption. Ongoing development promises to double these metrics by year-end.

Raysolve’s proprietary quantum dot photolithography technology delivers industry-leading color performance and contrast ratio. The system renders both intricate static images and dynamic content with exceptional fidelity, establishing a robust technical foundation for advanced AR applications.
